Which countries do you accept applications from?

We accept applications from the UK, Ireland, Europe and New York.

Question 3

Do I need a showreel to apply to join an agency?

Accepted Answer

As part of our application process, we need to see a showreel. We can also accept a filmed monologue if filmed to a high standard.

Question 4

When will I receive a response to my application to join your agency?

Accepted Answer

Please note that responses to applications can take 2-3 weeks. We do receive a high volume of applications, and as much as we would love to respond to you all individually, it is not always possible. Applications without a Spotlight or an Actors Access resume link will be automatically deleted. Thank you.

Will I be charged a fee to join an acting agency?

A reputable talent agency should never charge you a fee to join, and you should avoid any agency that asks for one.

How do I apply to join your agency?

Please use the Apply Page and include a cover note detailing your experience. UK talent will need to be Spotlight registered and USA talent will need an Actors Access profile.

Do I need to be Spotlight registered?

Accepted Answer

Yes. However, if you qualify to apply to Spotlight. You can complete your Spotlight application upon acceptance. Please note that you will still need a showreel and professional headshots to apply to join the agency.

Yes, we offer Actor Mentoring and Industry Coaching via our sister company Reflections Career Coaching.

What are your opening hours?

We are open from 9 am till 6 pm Monday to Friday. Closed on weekends.

I want to hire one of your actors; how do I go about this?

Just email or call with your details, and we are happy to arrange a self-tape or meeting at a mutually convenient time.

I am casting a project but do not have time to look through all the actors. Can you help?

Accepted Answer

Not a problem. Email across your brief with all the details, and we will shortlist and send you a selection of talent who closely fit your specifics. Please ensure to include the project details, location, dates and rates. We can also act as a casting director and fully cast your project for you. Please email for further details.

Question 13

Can you organize self-tapes and remote castings?

Accepted Answer

Yes, most certainly. All our talent have access to home recording equipment and can have a self-tape sent over within 24 hours or less if your project is urgent.  We also have voice talent with professional home studios and can arrange sample reads.

Question 14

How do I request Fanmail?

Accepted Answer

All requests for signed photos should be sent to; mail@reflectionstalentagency.co.uk. Please include the Talent's name you are emailing about in the subject line. Once we receive your specifics, we will email you back to let you know the cost involved. Please note that it can take up to 8 weeks to get a response. Thank you.
